Very Sad day, Today :(

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to say Thank you for all the help and suggestions that everyone has given me on this forum. I am sad to say that Youtube has terminated my Youtube Account due to uploading a copyright video. The video in question was a E3 Trailer for Kingdom Hearts Remix, The sad thing is, the same trailer can be seen on many other channels and I'm not sure why my channel was the one to suffer than ban hammer. I don't know what to do right now, i've lost 123 subscribers and over 200+ video's.
 
Very sorry to hear that. Are you going to remake or...? You always have to watch the copyright because the reasoning, "Well they did it too." Doesn't really fly in the land of legalities. :/

Take the oppurtunity to refresh your image, and come back bigger and better than ever! Don't see this as a setback, see it as a challenge! :)
 
Youtube usually does a 3 strikes thing when they delete or terminate an account, how could they do this with only a 1 strike offence?
