Upload Button Glitch?

It's not like that for me yet I guess but that little change is probably going to break something bigger again for no reason at all.

They always do that. Fix something unimportant and that fix ends up messing with everything else that actually is important
 
I don't think it's an update to be honest :)

To me it just looks like they've moved stuff about and made it look a little bit cleaner.
Apart from that nothing much different :L
 
I got a major design change two weeks ago or so, love that look. Change is good, as long as it ain't too often! :)
