Upcoming Changes to MCNs & Monetization for Network Partners - Affiliate and Managed

Where was the information about it taking 2 days to process a video ? All I saw was information regarding it taking a few days to enable the video for monetization

It just seems like YouTube are working towards monopolising their own product for networks so we all have to join one to give some other f****r more money from content we create. Just more typical capitalist America b******t that helps them fill the pockets of their friends.

Personally I don't use copyrighted content but how long untill YouTube is reviewing a video and decides the nike tick on my trainers is breaching copyright ? And what's even worse is the copyright system is already being abused by companies to censor negative reviews of products etc when legitimate reviews are actually covered under laws in many countries.

Everyone will say s**t like 'if you don't upload non copyrighted content you should be fine' no f**k that s**t this is just leading to more b******t down the line to f**k people over more. It's giving them more power to censor anything that isn't in their own interests. If that's the sort of values you believe in then carry on sucking s**t out of youtubes a** and helping them implement more invasive procedures. If you really cared about freedom of creativity and legitimate lawful content then you wouldn't back s**t like this.

Okay, I'm watching that link now. There is no way YouTube will actually hire people to WATCH every video. Have you seen the stats of how many hours are uploaded each day?

I'd like to see a source on the 2 day thing as well. Your link guy didn't mention that.

I don't put up other people's stuff, even things like video games. This might touch gamers, but original people won't be affected nearly as much.

your actually right on this it really only effects gamers considering we do alot of stuff over gameplay. but if you put up background music in your vids they will try to catch you on that.........somewhat heart breaking to me considering im a gaming youtuber[DOUBLEPOST=1386303459,1386303327][/DOUBLEPOST]

i completely agree with this post..........damn shame is what it is :(

it affects everything...... literally no one is exempt watch the video and read the article under the video it explains it all in great detail.
again, completely unaffected XD, based on the algorithm imma never be reviewed, and if so maybe once every few months XD, i could care less about that, the money i gain from youtube, go into my youtube channel, literally no change here bro, or for anyone not money sucking.

Thank you for sharing but there have been lots of threads on this subject in the monetization section of the forum. :)

Also note that YouTube isn't changing their Content ID matching system, only changing a policy for network partners as affiliate for their videos to be reviewed for monetization.
