With Freedom instead of going through them they let it automatically release you after 30 Days.

Networks have the choice of Accepting the request, Denying the request or just leaving it for 30 days and it will automatically be done/ unlinked.

Denying literally takes 2 seconds even if there's 1000s of channels because there's a check all option.
