yeah channels like filthy frank he wasnt big but he came up with harlem shake he now has over 64million views

I feel youtube is just promoting the popular channels so they can make more money! and by them only promoting the bigger ones it makes the smaller ones consider paying for their video to be "featured" with the adsence thing!
