Anyone else decide to upload their video to youtube when they are going out for the day?

I did, i just come back and it told me I have uploaded a duplicate of what i have already uploaded.

FML all those hours i was out and now there is nothing on my channel for today! Gotta bloody re do it again now

Had this a bunch of times! I just wanted to have a video for that day and after I uploaded it I already uploaded it or something's horribly wrong. Moral of the story, don't rush your videos. ;)

I didnt rush it, i just got out of bed and clicked on the wrong file to upload, without checking i left it on to upload to youtube :/
 
oh I hate that, I had to leave work one day and I told my parents to just shut down the computer when the process bar was 100% and then I came back home from work it said "Process has failed" and my face was just pure disgust ):
