do not ever use sites that claim to give you thousands of views for cheap, they arent scams from what i hear they deliver on the views but they are bots and will get you banned
 
You can tell it's too good to be true with their name.

How can one possibly promise to bring in "true fans"? o___O
 
Like what many others have said it is botting. It can also make your channel look fake, like you may have bought a lot of subscribers lets say, but how many of those subscribers would be watching your content. So it would just look plain weird.
