Trouble getting views and subs...

So I know I have only posted one video and my channel is new, but i have got two likes on my video and 20 views yet no subs? Why is this? If they liked the video why dont they sub?

to be honest i'm not entirely sure but if people don't know you exist, thumbnail, description, tags may be the factor take another look at these things and see which you can improve, this is something i too need to work on but...more practice makes perfect
