Idk if you can get tripods for them, but you can get a monopod, which for vlogs are quite good

You can buy a tripod like this for your Iphone
Theyre called GorillaPod / joby.com/smartphones/griptight-gorillapod-stand

And you can wrap this on the top of an ordinary tripod.
