Too many channels are sub4sub :L

When I'm on youtube I see a lot but not all channels have like 150 subs and 20 video views per video, now if i'm not mistaken there seems to be something not adding there :L

It's like the views don't compare to the amount of subs they have and that disappoints me that so many channels use sub4sub and that they can't earn those subs legitimately it kind of means nothing those subs won't watch your videos and it annoys me people do that :L

anyway rant over what'd you think of this ? , do you see many channels with loads of subs and hardly any views ?
I have 108 subs at the moment. I get an average of (does some quick math) 78 views per day across ALL my videos, and my latest video from yesterday morning only has 5 views.

According to some of the math I am seeing here, it seems that 10-15% is a 'fair' view/sub for individual videos. Those who are quite a bit below this may have artificially inflated their subscriber count, or posted a less-than-popular video. Those who are above simply have a more-than-active viewership. It would be one of those situations where one cannot make assumptions, but extreme variances in the data can suggest "something ain' right", without making direct accusations.

Really have you not read my previous posts in this thread ? ...

I am not jumping to accusations, I've just seen many accounts (and here is a extreme example which I found about a week ago and social blade can back me up) that had about 2500 subs yet about 300 views all near exact the same number of views and a video he posted 2 days ago had 4 views, if i'm not mistaken views are being paid for...

I'm entitled to my own opinion and your expressing yours but please don't accuse me of jumping to conclusions, I'm stating this because I have seen channels which have had many subs but hardly any views. (I feel like a bloody broken record)

not neccesarily just because you have so many subs doesnt mean your views should be around that amount ratios vary alot. Also take this into consideration, all subs arent as active as others. Some get on all the time, other sometimes, some every blue moon.

Yeah, it's just Youtube as people have said, I am as guilty as anyone. I am personally subscribed to 20 or so channels and I only check about 5 of those religiously every day and may actually NEVER visit some of them.

About 10 percent of your subscribers are going to end up being definite views, if you're lucky. 15% on larger channels, 5% on the smaller - give or take. And a ton of your views are going to be from people who aren't subscribed, your subscribers merely help start the snowball effect, thanks to mediocre Youtube algorithms that reward the popular channels with even more views from general public, leaving the smaller channels to do all of their soliciting themselves.

Okay everyone I see your opinion but i'm expressing mine...
I know of inactive subscribers but you just see some channels that don't make real sense on their views and subs.

I don't believe anyone is really disagreeing with you or telling you you are wrong. I believe everyone is trying to warn you about jumping to incorrect conclusions based on limited information. My own use of numbers was my way of demonstrating an example.

If you are already cautious about such, then all is golden. Your opinion is perfectly valid.

I see where you are coming from, it's just the people me and my friend have come across it's pretty deliberate, but from what people have said some channels which I pre-concived to be are not, there are still some but not as many.

I thank you for highlighting this :)
