I'm almost done with our banner. I'm still not particularly convinced that this design is an improvement, but I'm all for change and seeing what happens! 40% of our viewers come from mobile anyway, so this actually will be an improvement in the sense the they will finally get to see a banner and some branding. Overall, I'm excited!

Yeah same here :D I can't wait! I think this is the first "New Layout" that will actually help ;)

I'm not convinced that it will help. We've been on it for 2 weeks and our sub/view level has stayed about the same. The only major difference is that people no longer watch videos from the channel page because the box is way too small, so channel page views have gone from 10% of total views to less than .1%
