Tips on how to get more subscribers?

Just wondering if anyone has any good tips? Only have 5 at the moment so obviously want to boost my subscribers up! let me know

what i did. is go to one channel (same content as yours) that has lot of subscribers, and go to the comments sections. then scroll down and send a message to all the people in there. "to check your channel, to view your videos and tell u what they think, to subscribe if they liked what they saw" and ull get some that way
