Tips on Growing

4. Quality. 720p video is what will keep your viewers watching. You DONT need 1080p, it is not a necessity.

Love the tips, they will really help people, but this one caught my eye, and I agree 100%, too many people think 1080 is a must, even most bigger YouTubers only use 720p.

I have made a similar post a while ago, but this is more of a general guide for all.

1. Share your channel with the people around you (friends, family) have them as your subscriber BASE. They give you critique and things to help you improve.

2. Find other YouTubers with similar content as you that just started as well. (Im not saying sub4sub, Im saying to help each other out and comment/feedback each other to help each other grow)

3. Use your "Feature Box". Feature others and they can feature you, that way your subs/their subs see both of your contents. (POTENTIAL NEW SUBS?)

4. Quality. 720p video is what will keep your viewers watching. You DONT need 1080p, it is not a necessity.

5. Audio. If you have a good built-in mic, use it until you can buy a microphone or headset. I recommend "Blue" branded mics. NO one wants to listen to scratchy , high/low freq. change audio.

6. Content. Make your content interesting. Simple enough, if you do gaming. Don't do the game mode that is the most boring. Do the one that has competition/challenges.

7. Personality. DONT BE BORING OR SOUND SOUL-LESS. It makes viewers bored or feel bored/uninterested.

8. Give back to your viewers. Now, Im not saying do a MacBook Pro giveaway for your 50 subscriber special. Im saying reply to them and make some videos of what they suggest. If you reach like 500 subs or 1000 subs for example then you can do a giveaway of some sort. (Obv not a macbook pro at 500 subs)

Thanks and hope this helps!

Pretty good guide! Thank you! :)
