Tips for Patreon?

I've just started Patreon and I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips for me on how to get started and to get my first few patrons? I am currently quite a small YouTuber and I have plans for a lot of lore series on YouTube that haven't been done yet so I'm hoping to grow. If it helps then here is my Patreon page is also Gods of Odds.
Having small channel and trying Patreon doesn't work well. People need to recognize you otherwise there is a very small chance of you getting anybody into it. Keep making videos with tools you have and try Patreon once you collect some subs.

For everyone's point, like I said I just want it ready for the future just in case if my YouTube channel does grow. Regarding the channel link on here, I know about that and for some reason no matter what I do it decides not to work but if people aren't stupid then it should be obvious what my channel is called. And I have seen a YouTuber with around 22,000 subscribers who earns 1000s of dollars on Patreon so like everyone is saying yes it is pointless to keep getting examples as it can go on forever.

If your channel grows and you find a fanbase, do it.
Until then, you look like a fool with 0 patrons and under 100 views per video.
Imagine how a new viewer sees your channel..................yeah...it seems sad.

I have never found a gaming channel that has a successful patreon campaign. I mean, most people watching your stuff are probably young kids or young adults that don't have much disposable income. Best of luck anyway.

can i ask you , why exactly you feel the need of a patron..? just to quit your everyday job to become a youtube i guess.. well first get the 100k subs then,if the fan base is strong and care about you, they will donate.. i believe the biggest patron base is the team four star s one, which the fan base is big and the guys can t monetize so everything works, but it s a case of exception .. 20k members if I'm not wrong, which is nothing compered to what would they earn if the ads on their video was allowed.. but better than nothing imho
Well actually I am doing it so I can do it as a full time job but not for the same reason as most people. I am making this channel a lore channel and I love history, I am actually studying a classics degree because I like history so much so I am making a patreon so I can do what I can enjoy doing as a full time job and that's it. Whether people want to believe it or not that is up to them.

your right, obviously two examples proves the average

[sarcasm off]

boogie has 3,410,888 subs and has 306 patrons. or one patron for every 11,147 subs. my point being we can all just pluck a random channel to prove a figure but its pointless

Then why did you bring up numbers in the first place?
