Everyone of us has been at that point and the trick is sometimes to step back from it, take a break and then try to see what might cause those sync issues. Sadly there doesn`t seem to be an This is the Way how it will work 100% Way otherwise the Internet wouldn't be full of My Video is out of sync Threads.

Overall good luck in finding what might cause it.
