I'm looking for feedback on two things, mainly: My thumbnails and my channel art.
Thumbnails
Now, we're not looking at changing the way we do thumbnails, and I realize what people say about thumbnails and how they should be. I was mainly wondering what you, were you a prospective viewer, make of our thumbnails? They're just the title card of our videos. I'm not looking for advice on how to do thumbnails. If you click on my channel link you'll see how we do them. We're kind of set on doing them this way, as we like it and we think it sort of sets us apart from all the wacky, colorful, attention-grabbing thumbnails all over YouTube.
Channel Art
Just wondering what you think of it. Good? Bad? Like it? Dislike it? We're sort of a sketch comedy/web shorts/whatever kind of channel, and I was wondering how well the art conveyed that. Any suggestions and criticisms and improvements/changes welcome.

Really, anything else you want to comment on, go ahead. I'd like to hear what you think about other aspects of our channel that I didn't mention. Feedback/criticism on anything is welcome.
To give you an idea as to our content, I'll link a video that I think reflects pretty well on our production/writing/editing quality at the time. We've recently upgraded our camera, so that should show a few videos from now, and we've gotten better at editing and sound mixing since then. Cheers!

your thumbnails are the way they are and its unique on youtube almost no one is using black and white like that for thumbnails.. I like channel art very much and icon is very good too
