Request Thumbnail needed!

Hii,
I was wondering if anyone could make me a free thumbnail. It's for my series called Daniel's Thoughts, and episode 1 is about p**n.

It doesn't have to be the best thumbnail, but just something that stands out a bit thanks

If you're unable to make thumbnails with photoshop or similar programs try using the website panzoid because it offers you a list of drop downs to create graphics that you want. I use it all the time.
