Thumbnail cannot be changed?

I just realized I put the wrong thumbnail in my vids and I tried changing it but it cannot be changed. Waited for 2 days now, and it's still that wrong thumbnail.>.>

Try 1 of them (if 1 doesn't work try the other)
Refresh Youtube page
Clear Your Browser or computers caches
Restart your browser

Change the thumbnail to one of the ones Youtube suggests to you, then after awhile, choose custom thumbnail and pick the right one It worked for me.

Something like this happened to me before. Here's what I did to fix it:

• Select one of the three thumbnails they originally give you.
• Save
• Add custom thumbnail
• Save

It should work if it's the same bug I had

I have the same problem! I wanted to change the custom thumbnail but it never changes. It looks like it changes but when I go back to "Edit" the old one reappears.

Mine worked instantly, try it out and see if it works for you. I'd hate for you to wait hours for no reason
