Finding a good frame and backgroupd for your first video sounds easy but is actually quite hard. Especially when your options are limited. I agree with Nad that there is a little too much head room. And I think I would try a shot that is a little more zoomed in, makes it a bit more personal.
If possible I would remove things that have no function in the background. Those two monitors and the niche they are in are a little distracting to me. I like the WD, I would keep those. Other than that I like uncluttered backgrounds. Because it doesn't distract and can be used for showing a PiP frame.
