Can't wait till I'm big enough on youtube to get haters...and who knows, maybe one day I'll get death threats :D

To be more serious, I would just ignore him, I don't find that sort of person to be worth even a second of my time...
 
I think that guy has made several accounts to spoil the reputation of your channel. I would say DON'T REPLY TO HIM, BAN HIM EVERY TIME, one day he will be tired and go away.
 
When someone asks me for a sub4sub. I usually ignore their channel and comment, so I do not "break his heart" with rejection. Maybe I just check one or two channels from time to time, who do not spam, just for curiosity. To see how these people are doing. Usually, I end up leaving, but either way. Do not get into a conflict with him, jsut move on.
 
I love haters. I don't get them very often, but once in a blue moon I get someone who is p****d off about something, they leave an angry comment, I always respond by agreeing with them - hater: "This video sucks and your beard is not that glorious!" Me: "Yeah! The uploader is a jerk!"
