Josten I think you overestimate people. I don't think most people had any idea the "harlem shake" was even AN actual dance. Me included. I just thought it's what they named the video lol

It was named that after the song. The song is about a year old, called Harlem Shake by Baauer

It's the real Harlem Shake. People from Harlem, doing the original dance that the song was written about. That's the point.

Awesome video!

I fortunately knew what Harlem Shake was before this whole thing blew up. I'm a dancer, you see. So I got myself a big surprise when I saw what people were doing in those videos. I was like "What. Are. They. Doing!? O_O"

It seems that this whole thing is getting laid to rest soon though. Thank God. xP
