The power of Reddit as free advertising?

For all you growing youtubers: Never underestimate the power of Reddit.
I posted a random, mediocre League of Legends video and it got up to 450 views in no time.

May not seem like much, but I almost had a heart attack. :p

Almost sad in a way. I spend about 5 minutes making this video, while the other videos took hours and hours. Maybe the world is looking for more simplistic content... Or at least the world of Reddit.
 
Is reddit still a "LE FUNNY MAYMAYS JOKES XDDDD" place, or has it matured a bit?

That's what happens if you only stick around the default subs, most of them are complete garbage. Unsub from them and sub to some others :)

Well the Atheism sub is still alright, even if the community has dumbed down a bit.

Did you post it on the League sub-Reddit or full on Reddit? I tried doing that and it didn't help much... TEACH ME YOUR SKILLS MASTER
