TGN Partnership Problem!

Good afternoon , I am writing this post because I really need your help.

See, on August / September of 2013 I signed contract with TGN but did not really know what I was getting into. When I realized what it was I wanted to leave , but after sending several emails , basically told me I couldn't.

It was my understanding that the Network could leave whenever you wanted , needed only make reporting a prior 30 days ( the term influenced me a lot in the decision to sign with them ) but when reviewing the contract well not really find anything about this.

I have to say that I am from Argentina , so English is not my native language and , although I understand pretty badly understood the terms to end the contract.I was wondering if anyone had happened to him and if they could fix it somehow.

If possible , I would not have to create a new channel , it cost me a lot to get where I am now . But if they really left me no choice ...

Well, that , thanks in advance .

Did the contract specifically say no-lock in?

Term and Termination basically says there is a trial period of 3 months and then automatically renewed for 3 years and so on.

And this:
-(Network) shall have the right to terminate this Agreement during the Term:
(i) upon a material default or breach by Provider of any of its obligations under this Agreement, unless within thirty (30) days after written notice of such default, the Provider remedies such default to the satisfaction of (Network).
(ii) immediately upon notice, if the Provider becomes insolvent or seeks protection under any bankruptcy, receivership, creditor's arrangement, or comparable proceeding.
(iii) immediately upon notice if all Provider Content is withdrawn, and Provider is unable to provide alternative Titles acceptable to (Network);
(iv) upon 30 days' written notice, for any reason.
(v) immediately upon notice if any infringement of copyright claim, demand, proceeding or action is taken or threatened against (Network) or any of its Affiliates in respect of any Provider Content or Claimed Video.

As I do not speak English naturally, I misread the part that said "upon 30 days' written notice, for any reason." I was thinking who could terminate the contract ...

Sorry for posting again, but there is a possibility to get rid of this contract? I'm kind of desperate D:

That mean I have to send them a mail telling them that? Because, despite the emails I sent I was told that because the first 3 months of testing contract and passed'm tied to them for 3 years ...

Or what should I do?

I believe you do have to outlive the contract im afraid, if you want I could ask my team leader if there is any way?

You'd be doing me a great favor if you do that, thanks a lot :D

What happens is i'm not wanting to be tied to any Network right now, I don't know what can happen here to 3 years that is the end of the contract.
