Tech Channel Username Ideas?

I know I wanted a channel name and some random with no videos and no activity for four years had taken it. So annoying.

Don't they close inactive channels from time to time? I mean it sucks if you want a username and you see that a 4 year old channel without videos has taken it.

They do, but I guess some are left open because there is occasional activity.
