Support Won't Reply...

I partnered with Maker or RPM in October, I couldn't log into Maker Max. I figured it would take some time so I waited. It's now December and I still can't log in to Maker Max. Also it keeps saying that my account doesn't exist in our records. How can I fix this? I want to get is fixed soon! I have tried Maker Support but they still haven't responded in over a week....
 
That's why I really want to get this fixed. I upload Pokemon Let's Plays and I am hoping the these new YouTube changes don't kick my butt....
 
How are you trying to contact them? Their support system is inside of Maker Max, so you may be using an inactive email to contact. A good thing to do is email whoever sent you the contract or you could Tweet the RPM twitter, and they could get someone on it. I waited for about a week, and then I asked one of the RPM forum mods on here, and she got me in Maker Max in minutes.
 
well I used the support page that they had, I guess it could be inactive... I tried contacting the person who gave me the contract and haven't heard back. Which mod on the forums should I contact?
