Subscribers High - Views Lower

So i have 526 subscribers yet on my videos its viewed between 70-100 views Average.

IS that right? What do you guys get? Now i know not every sub will watch every video but thats not even half on any video. So im just curious to what you guys see in a return.

Here are the stats for my latest video after about 24 hours. I have 945 subs and got 13 views so far if that makes you feel any better. I am trying something where I don't post my video anywhere to see what happens, and that is what happened lol. Now it's time to see what a difference a little bit of promotion will do as a comparison.

99% of my monthly views come from unsubscribed viewers and I'm perfectly fine with that. Some ppl just like hitting the sub button and never coming back.

I was ACTUALLY going to say that! only a certain amount of my subs watch, think its actually better that way so at least you know your videos are reaching a bigger audience

66% of my views are from non subscribers. I suppose 33% isnt a bad number! :D[DOUBLEPOST=1454514821][/DOUBLEPOST]

I must admit its always good when you see non subscribers views are high! Just because you know your promotion, tags etc are working :D
 
It can happen for a lot of reasons. Maybe someone subbed to you in an intention of sub for sub. It could be that someone just got busy with his real life and he is not active on Youtube anymore. It could be that you moved to another series, or game, or hobby. Having active susbcribers is hard, and all channels suffer from this.

Mine is 787 and I average what 100 views a video if I'm lucky, but I can put it down to many factors..

1. I stopped doing omegle videos this was early on with my channel I amassed hundreds of subs thousands of views)

2. People can sub to channels and use it as a "bookmark"

When I subscribe to a channel it's just because I might possibly check out their videos at some point in the future, not because I've become completely obsessed with the channel. A few people on here seem to think that anyone that subs to them is now a Manson Family-esque worshipper who will watch all their videos as soon they post them (Not saying you are OP ;)) A lot of my views come from promoting my videos on reddit and fb, I've got around 1k subs and I only get 100-200 views usually on recent videos, although more on the ones I promoted more. So yeh, maybe focus on promotion more if you want results.
