Stuck at 372

What I do is talk to other youtubers, and some have featured me on their channels. I don't sub 4 sub, but I talk about my stuff on social media every once and awhile

I was at 112 for a long time then I hit 115 and now recently 118 in a I day with don't happen.
But it is the holiday season so things go slow. Unless this started before then ya might need to do something to help that.

Currently I'm stuck at 372 subscribers, just can't seem to get out of this slump no matter how hard I try. Anyone has a similar situation?

Maybe it's just a period of time where not many new people are watching your videos - therefore new subscribers aren't appearing.
Try uploading some new video, perhaps something a bit different from your normal videos to see if there's any new interest in those.
Hopefully it will start to rise again soon
