Starting A New Network?

Hello! I have an idea which I think is quite good, I want to make a network specifically for people who film travel, for example trains, cars, buses etc. I don't think there are a lot of decent networks out there nowadays which take on those "different" channels, they mainly take on the good gamers or vloggers. Som you get my point. Any help? I want to create a network specifically for transport photographers in other words. Thanks!

I don't know.. Networks require a lot time time, work, and most importantly.. Money. It's not something you can simply get yourself into. It's more work than a lot of people think.
