How do I add commentary onto vsdc video editor

you have two options:

1. recorded with the game play

or

2. make it mp3 and added with the gameplay video

I can do commentary on Audacity, but how do turn the gameplay volume down to make the commentary dominant so that my commentary would not be washed out by the game audio?

click on the mp3 music, look for "sound object settings" at the right side of your screen, look for audio volume(dB), and change the sound. negative numbers lowers your mp3 sound, greater than 0 will increase your mp3 sound.
