Sony Vegas Pro rendering settings?

So I have just moved over from camtasia studio to Sony Vegas And I have noticed that when I try render my videos with Vegas they are about 1.19G what render settings should I be using for HD 720p videos for YouTube?

I use the Sony AVC codec since it renders ridiculously faster than MainConcept. YouTube doesn't particularly like it (claims the audio and video may be unsynchronized) but the videos work without a problem.
The default Internet 720p template for that codec should be OK. You can tweak the bitrate to about 16mbps since that's usually good enough for YouTube - you won't notice too many compression artifacts at that point. Anything over that is kind of excessive for web stuff.

Thx I'll try that.

The file is so big still? 700mb

How long is the video? If it's around 3 minutes it'll be around 400MB. 8 minutes-ish will be around 700MB. I made an 11 minute one that is 1.22GB. You're not going to get much smaller files if you want HD unless you severely drop your bitrate and thus your quality.
