Something weird on my videos :(

Okay guys I could really do with some help.
Iv'e never had this problem before but for some reason this keeps happening to my videos:
It flashes on and off for literally half a second.
Thing is it's also happening to other videos. Ones ive rendered and watched.
Here are the images:



I'm starting to think its either a PC or HDD issue, any help or feedback would be great

Nothing has changed to my PC since the last time i've rendered. Don't know what can be causing it

probably your graphics card going out or dusty. I took mine out and used compressed air and blew all the dust out of my computer and especially off the graphics card and it helped when this was happening.

make sure you ground yourself so you don't static shock any components
