My sub count went up by one a few minutes ago. Shortly after it went back down one, so I figured it was an accidental click. Now it went back up again. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP! Make a choice and live with it.

Up and down a few is normal. I honestly don't even know why some people sub then change their mind super quickly.

Don't worry about it mate, if its only 3 subs, it shouldn't matter. If it was 100 subs, that sh*t be weird.

I'm sure its just some indecisive sub or a troller. Either way, just keep making vids

Well I would just say since it's only one or so people then it won't be a problem but as others have stated like 10 or so people then I would be getting worried about that and I would say it's just natural for people to say yes to one person then no I don't want to be apart of it anymore.

Sometimes you loose one, only to gain another person at roughly the same time. YouTube does what YouTube does. Just roll with it! I have learned long ago not to give too much when I gain or loose a subscriber.

I won't lie, sometimes I've accidently hit sub and thought "oh no!" and hit it again...

Maybe thats what happened? A bunch of times...
