How and why do people add someone as a contact? I keep getting these on a daily basis.

I'm thinking your talking about the youtube contact thing. Well I guess so you can be officially friends and everytime you want to send them a message you don't gotta search for them cause there already on your contacts so you just click and type your message to them.

Yeah but how are they adding me as a contact when they dont even subscribe to me.

Well from what I know and seen. You don't need to be subbed to add someone as a contact.

They can, but unless you tagged your channel yet, they won't find NOTHINNo one has added me as a contact yet, though I don't think people can actually search for me yet lol

But yeah Tire. That feature of being able to add someone as a contact without being subbed is still there. I don't think you can turn it off but...I think you can maybe turn off the feature of being added or something like that
