Its not that I dont have any ideas, its just the ideas I have either aren't good enough or aren't eye catching enough, and because of that, my audience is only going backwards.

Sorry man you need to make mistakes, post vids and get better at it. Some of my earliest videos are so bad I cant help but laugh but they made me better for it. So thats my tip to you good sir.
 
Try doing something that involves your subs a bit. You know like tell them to give you suggestions for like a challenge or ask them what they want to see. :).
