After taking off the video responses, YouTube promised to have a new and better way to share your videos. Where is it?

Yes, viewers will be able to put video links in the comments. That ability is not enabled yet.

Its really not a good idea, people are going to abuse it and spam the living daylights out of bigger youtubers videos.

yeah, good point. The worst is "my friend didn't have much luck with the ladies, but after trying so and so program, he's getting dates left and right". I get that often which is annoying.

I'm not big enough to get spammed yet, but if I ever do I will squish people like bugs (Me no likey spammy.)

I don't really think that's a better idea than video responses...people see that a video is directly related to the video they're watching, and see the thumbnail and that's (at least for me) what draws me in and makes me click. I'm less likely to click a link in a comment. And like Kate said, I see a lot of spam happening.

Well they will put the option to put links after they are out of beta with the new anti-troll filter system.
