So So many inactive subscribers!

So the thing is that Youtube will delete subs if they haven't interacted in a set ammount of time. So YT will auto clean those inactive subs for you! I know cause I lose a few sometimes when I upload, but then I usually gain a couple to make up for that.
I often take a very long time to gain though, a lot of my new subs are from this website, i don't really get anyone random subscribe to me very often at all! I got really paranoid as I lost 2 subs when i uploaded my storytime video, and it worried me. I was finally at 780 then I lost them again, it's like only yttalkers sub to me noone else, i havent had anyone not from this site sub to me for quite a long time

Weird! Most of mine are random people that are viewing my videos at the time. Well don't worry too much about it though! Just keep making videos because you enjoy doing so!

i sometimes see my sub count go up but get no notification then i lose them again, i don't think i will ever get to 800 at this point let alone 1k! If random people do sub to me i don't know about it as they turned their subscriptions off so i don't know! I really love filming the videos but when you take hours to edit it then you upload it and it gets barely any views in the first day its so disheartening, if it wasnt for my love of filming them and the constant wanting to put things on youtube i think others would enjoy i would have given up by now, i often consider it! it took me 8 hours to finish editing a video the other day and it was pretty much for nothing. Random people rarely comment to say they have subbed to me because they like my videos so it is hard to keep track when someone actually does

My subscriber count seems pretty impressive (to me anyway) but looking at my analytics 80% of my views on all my videos come from people who AREN'T subbed to me, and only about 20% (its probably less then even that) of my subs watch my videos, I literally have about 750 inactive subs who never watch my videos, and maybe about 30 of them do watch it but they are only my recent subscribers, if even that.

It's frustrating seeing that many non subscribers watch my videos but not subscribe to me, and i have no idea how to draw my other subscribers back in again, does anyone else have the same problem with their views?
0.1% of my views are from subscribers if this makes you feel better lol!
