So i've been trying to upload a video but it's stuck on processing

Hi, the video is stuck on processing for the whole night.
but the youtube app on my phone shows the video on my channel but it's private, when i shared the link from my phone it became 'Unlisted'. It's still at 0% processing.
see if anyone can do anything about it.
