So is it ok to upload and monetize Nintendo videos?

Yeah Im looking to upload some Super Smash Bros,MK8 and Splatoon videos. So before I get to recording will it become a problem?

As long as the gameplay volume is only 35% or less of the audio, then yes. I know, because we're doing an Ocarina of Time series on the channel.

Yep is ok If you get a claim and want some money out of it you can join the program and you get some of the money made for the video if not keep em coming @TommyTLG and myself upload Nintendo stuff and we just have gotten claims ^^ I put mine on the program and I have gotten 4 cents so far lol

I am with makers and no it doesn't affect and since you upload other videos you just choose which videos you want to add up to the nintedo program and wait a few days till they verify the game and done they claim the video but every moneyz your video makes 60% goes to you
