Wow... There are about a thousand if not more posts on this topic, but I have yet to find the answer. How do I get loyal subs? I don't care how many, I just want fans that are actually fans. People who give me credit, tell me what I'm doing wrong, and just talk to me in general. I don't care if I have 10 good subs or a million ones. I have seen what other people have said such as, you have to have good content, you have to have a good personality, you have to have blah blah blah! I do gaming videos with a couple of my friends. I work my tail off on those videos and try my best. Personally, I love my videos. I watch them all the time because I guess I entertain myself, lol! A lot of people said gaming isn't the best category anymore, and I know that. But I feel uncomfortable leaving this category. I know for sure I can do other things like, vlogging, film, music, but I just really like gaming a lot more! I'm not asking for much, but if you guys can check me out, give me some feedback, or even just give me some tips. I will be very grateful! I don't care if you subscribe, that is your call!

The easiest way is to make friends. Real friends not just people who say they are your friend. People who are loyal to you as a person. These people, if asked, will watch your videos. When other people see these people are loyal to you and your material, they too will join in on watching ect. I'd be nowhere on youtube without my friends.

Thanks man. I have a couple of close friends who watch my videos and really enjoy them, and encourage me to do more, but I am still not getting any attention from the outside audience. I try my best to collab with as many other people as I can, but a lot of them seem to be busy.

Yeah, it's difficult to schedule colabs and even more difficult to complete one and that's if you can manage to find someone to colab with.

By the way, I'm not a man, lol. So many people just assume that :P

I'm no expert, but I'm already seeing some things about your channel I don't like.

1. It's disorganized. You don't have a playlist for your content. The first thing I see is a Recent Upload of "The Adventures of Nevo", but it's episode 5. I don't want to start from 5. Let me start from 1.

2. You don't have any thing written in your About section. You're missing out on SEO opportunities. It's small SEO opportunities but it's still one.

3. I didn't check all your videos but I glanced at the first 5 Recent Uploads and none of them have any SEO anything in the description. You have Minecraft videos, which look decently engaging at first glance, and you don't have Minecraft in the title, description, or anywhere. But I do notice your most Popular Video, "Minecraft 1.7 SS Part 1-Amazing World" has Minecraft in the title and description. And...it's your most popular video. I'm not saying that is the connection, but it's still a connection.

Metadata alone has gotten me a total of six views from two videos. It's not a lot. I'm not bragging at all. But I haven't marketed those videos to anyone except my wife who makes up one view between both videos. I'm just making the point to pay attention to metadata. You could have seven extra views and one of those seven could end up being a subscriber or leave a, hopefully, pleasant comment for you to interact with. :)

By the way, good video for your channel trailer. It got me interested in your channel.

Thanks for the feedback! I recently added a playlist section on my front page at the bottom. Also, could you please inform me on what SEO means? I will use your feedback and mess around with my channel a bit to see if I can fix anything!

SEO means Search Engine Optimization. Keywords and Tags are used to help a search engine find your content easier. There's way more to being optimally searchable in YouTube, Google, or any other search engine but Keywords and Tags are something you're in complete control of.

Google, look up the YouTube Playbook, check out the forums, etc. There's plenty of useful explanations out there.
