Slow days

What are your slowest days of the week with views and subs ? For a couple days i haven't gotten many views at all or subs and i was curious if it was just because the time of the week or something. Although it seems to happen on friday/saturday for me.. is that normal ?

I think it's normal. It is mostly depends how lucky you are that time.
Based on my analysis my channel has more views on weekends, maybe people are more free to watch my video's.

Many people have slow days when it comes to channels. Some people even have dry months, with no subs gained in a long time. It happened to me a while ago and I'm still recovering. If you want to find out why, try using your analytics to survey your viewers. That way you can find out who they are and when they would be on the internet the most.

I'd probably say Thursday - Sunday are when the most people upload, so that's when the most people watch.

I find my views/subs directly relate to my tweets rather than specific times. If I make a tweet about a new video I'll receive a bunch of views within a couple hours of that tweet, etc. If I don't tweet for a day or two I won't get anything.

Because there's so much being uploaded to youtube all the time, I definitely think there's a lot of luck involved in how well your videos do, especially if you don't have many subs.
I'm not an expert, that's just my opinion haha!
But if you keep your viewers alert to your video making status (i.e. when you're recording, when you're uploading) then that kind of lessens the amount of pure luck involved... I think It can also help to try and stick to around the same time during the week when you upload, like Tues or Wed, or Fri or Sat etc.

I think my lowest day is probably Tuesday. I don't upload on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Sundays, but Tuesday always seems to be the worst of the 3. Sunday actually seems to be my 3rd best day out of all 7, and Thursdays are usually the second worst. Saturdays are always my biggest days with Fridays close behind. I hope this helped.
