Hope I helped!Try them all and see what works best. In anyway YouTube will most probably choose only one to propagate further. The only successful bilingual channel (I saw) was also teaching English to their viewers.

I'd say three different channels. If you do them all on 1 channel, you risk for example English people seeing you uploaded a Turkish video, and they'll think 'Oh, I don't understand that language', and they'll most likely unsubscribe. But if that doesn't bother you, you can do them all on 1 channel.

Easy. Playlists! Use playlists to organize your videos in separate languages, so your viewers know which playlist to play! One more tip, your thumbnails, make them different, let's say the background of the thumbnail. Blue, green, orange, each for every language. Sounds nice? Social media? Post one post in 3 languages.
