Yeah dude why not? Snapshat is another medium to generate exposure and expand your audience. Become active on Snapchat and you might get subscribers through there, same deal with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit etc....

Snapchat is a good solid way to get personal with your fans and your subscibers but be careful and be prepared for trolls adding you on snapchat or even possibly sharing your snapchat with other people or even worse, other websites which are completely unrelated to YouTube if you know what I'm saying.

I say go for it, but be cautious.
