Should I make Youtube my job!?

If I were you I would stick with youtube! But I would still go to school/work because you will never know when youtube will shut down and if that happens I would've lost my source of income. Best to have some education/ experience incase everything goes to hell.
 
Hahaha asking that question here is like saying to a bunch of brand new NASA employees "Hey, I've just been given the opportunity to go into space for free, should I do it?".
Hell, it's like asking anyone that question!
I applaud your success, and I think if you have the capacity, willingness and determination to succeed, you should dive into it! Live the dream man!
 
I understand and partly agree with everyones thoughts, but to be totally honest, Youtube is not going to shut down anytime soon. Probably never... it will just "evolve" and grow with technology.

And also i read that someone put "nobody wants to die a Youtuber"... you are not just a Youtuber, you are an entertainer. a comedian. anything you want to be and more!

As long as Capitalism exists; Google, and all of its children will continue to thrive. Lel.

Duck dude...my humble opinion is that you don't make decisions like this in a rush, as someone said, what ur earning now isn't really much in the real world once you get older and have a family...but I do think ur success is something you should leverage upon and use it as a way to win time while you look for a career/job you will actually enjoy and be passionate about, for the long term.

I recently quit a very stable and well payed job to work on my own "dreams", this with a wife and a daughter...but I didn't do it without making sure I had a safety net for my family...I just made sure I had bought enough time to pursue my dreams. Save as much money as you can and review yourself daily until you know yourself well enough to know where your future lies...cheers.

though i agree, he only has 100k subs, and rising, so his source of income is going to increase a lot. My opinion, go to to school, even part time, learn something your passionate in, but do youtube as a job. It's almost stress free and you get something out of it. Idk, if i was you i would have already quit my job lol

Hate me not, but i think this is a no brain'er, you obviously enjoy YouTube( because you have put up with it up to now) so you should definitely . i would say 80% if not more of the people on this sight would love to have YouTube as there job. but anyways that's my thoughts. :)
