Should I list all sound effects?

that can be a pain in the butt if you have lots of them. :/

I track everything I use as I'm creating it in the same text file that I use for the script and then I just copy and paste it into an SVG template I have.

No, they're from FreeSound.org.

I think I'll just list the music.

You should always check out how the fx are licensed: I use freesound.org as well and some of the users license their soundfx under creative common, other don't.
