Should I just quit? :/

If you hold yourself back and are not guinuenly expressing who you are the fsns will notice and not what to watch because they would feel that you are being fake. People come to youtube to watch vloggers who are being themselves not because of what they do or who they pretend to be.

Im sorry that your parents dont support you but in cases like youtube most parents dont. If this is something you really love to do then you may have to make a decision. Quit or go for it and express yourself to the fullest somestimes there is no half way.

About the comments youtube does have a algorithm on frequency at least the last time I read it they did. If you dont post at least once a month your video will rank low in the searches. I went to your channel and you only have about 5 vids and I only think a few have your face in it. You have to keep putting out content not just for your fans but for you because you love to do it.

On my channel I have about 60 videos with about 4k views and I have been posting on a weekly basis for about nine months. I just hit 60 subs a few days ago. I have a low sub count because I dont advertise as hard as I should I just post and move on sometimes. I get about 3 constant comments on each video but it took awhike for that. When you start building a fan base more comments will follow.

Also if you want comments ask you audience a question and tell them to leave it as a comment. Get more involved with this community and we will watch and comment if its something we like. I hoped this helps you in anyway possible.
 
In the realm of a Youtube career... You just started. You can't expect to get viewers, subscribers, or a fanbase just like that. Youtube growth takes time.

If immediate growth is all that interests you then, yes, I suggest that you quit because you aren't going to get that easily. If you are willing to put in the time and effort to wait it out then, maybe give it another try. However, if you really feel Youtube is not "your thing" then you shouldn't feel obligated to keep trying. In the end, it's all up to you on what you want to do.
 
Don't quit:) my parents don't understand why I'm on youtube either I just upload hehe :) I thought about giving up once but I realised if I did I would have this hole in me that would never be filled unless I keep doing what I love to do no matter what people say if we give up they will can't let them win no way

Trust me, I've been at it for years. I've abandoned countless accounts cause my videos are never anything special. I try my hardest, I really do. The reason it looks like I haven't uploaded since May is cause I have already put all my weekly show videos on private (at least they're not gone forever. I say keep going for it, if you're at a standstill like I have been for the past 2 months...just take a short break from making videos, and review your channel, look at all your videos, do you still find them entertaining?What about other people? Likes and Views?

If not, see what you can do to make it a lot more interesting and entertaining for your audience.

You can only see about.. 25% of my videos on my channel now because I'm shutting down. I've put my weekly show videos on private already. I used to post every week. And I would ask a question or ask for a sub or a like, but I always get passive viewers. (The ones that just like and go.) I never get feedback or comments at all. I wouldn't know if it was good or not. If I ever get 20 views, half of them are literally from me, because I keep reviewing muself over and over to see what's wrong...[DOUBLEPOST=1373208368][/DOUBLEPOST]

It's not that I was being fake about it, it's that I constantly had to hold back everything I wanted to say because I knew that certain people are watching.

well you are a good person if u cant lie.. i guess i am not that good xD but that solved my problem..
 
never quit you know at some point someone will see your content and it will spread trust me just wait and then boom every thing changes in your favour
 
Yeah i agree with not quitting for something you love or like. Trust me, right now im having a hard time thinking of new videos to film but once i get them up. I dont get many views nor new subs but i still try anyways, ill get up there. So will you.

Keep positive, keep posting and dont quit. :) Good luck.
