Short Zombie FIlm

i recently did this, if you are using guns get air soft guns from a friend who has a surplus of them, some people can use melee weapons for more realistic feel. make sure you cover the orange tip on the air soft gun (forgot to do that :/). try to do make up on the zombies, get a list of actors who are interested in acting, then contact each of them with a date in mind and see what the turn out is.
if you are serious about filming like moi, then you need to be in charge!
also make a script, when your finished edit it with your friends, edit again, and again until its perfect.
most importantly don't rush! (actually have fun but yeah don't rush)

thanks for the tips :D my friend has a whole arsenal of airsoft guns without the orange tip (he has a license or something) but im not sure if we are gonna use the guns. Thanks again for the advice :D
 
You are in the right direction! Good content will get you the stuff! For me, I prefer randomness and parodies. Or as Mark Hewitt have said, comedy spoof. So many of them these days so write accordingly and work on having a good script.
