Request Short Intro and Outro Please

Hi! My name is Billy Amerson and I was wondering if anyone could make me an animated intro or a very cool intro for my YouTube channel, AmersonSpeaks. I go by Billy Amerson though so that's what I would like on it and for the end card just two boxs so I can put my previous video on one and something in the other and on the bottom have a Facebook Twitter and Subscribe logo down there If you can do this, pleaase let my know!
