Open Broadcaster Software hands down. Whoever said it's a virus obviously didn't download it from a safe website.
I normally use Dxtory and Action (paid recorders) for my own videos - but if OBS could record separate Audio Channels, and had an FPS/HUD counter - I think I'd have a new recording program.
