Schedule or No Schedule?

Alright so from the get go we wanted to post one video a week (sketch comedy), but that is proving hard to stockpile videos, should we just wade it out until we have time or just post the videos as we make them for now?
Also, it's not a motivation thing because all I want to do is make more videos but it's a group effort and we don't have cooperative schedules.

I'd always recommend a schedule, but that's easier for me. Making a buffer, editing several videos one after another, and uploading several after another is the easiest way for me personally. I'd say experiment until you can find out what works best for you.

When working in a group it might be best to stockpile until Friday... Then pick the best ones, and air a couple, and stockpile the rest. That way if there's ever an unproductive week, you've got backup B'roll at your disposal. Just my 2 cents, really just do what feels right. =)

The problem is we can only make around 1 video every two-three weeks average, we just don't have enough time. Where is all that free time I wasted for the past 3 years haha

You need a time machine... How long are the videos once created, perhaps you could break them into a series? Leave a cliffhanger on one that will require closer from the next?

Just get er done, some weeks hopefully you'll all get around to doing two or more! Slow and steady wins the race, if you're working too hard, well then this is work... And Work is NO FUN! Usually...

It is a difficult one to answer really, me and my friend both work full time jobs and have other commitments and are free at different times of the week so we tend to upload as and when we can and if we can get a couple of videos done then we might save one to put up when we are really busy and cant manage to make a video!.
