Perhaps you should check these out, one from a reputable source, the other from Google itself.

The best bit of advice I can give is DO YOUR HOMEWORK before signing up to these kind of things.

You should avoid them IMO.

They have a $100 payout threshold, which I find ridiculous for small channels. So, yes I'd avoid ScaleLab.
